Utilities costs in St.Petersburg: electricity, water, sewerage, heating, gas and fuel

The price of utilities (electricity, water, heating and gas) for industrial as well as consumer purposes in Russia are regulated by the state. In St. Petersburg the regulating bodies are the Regional Energetics Commission of St. Petersburg Government and the St. Petersburg Administration Tariff Committee. Prices for utilities are increasing but still very attractive.
