Interview with Owen Kemp - managing director of HP in Russia

The governor of St. Petersburg is a fantastic ambassador for investment in Russia. A few years ago Madame Matviyenko visited my boss, Mark Hurd — the Chairman of the Board, CEO and President of HP — in California and their meeting was very successful. With her help we did a good job in helping HP to make up its mind to invest in Russia. We competed for the investment in Russia, otherwise it could have gone to India, China or other places.
