There are several corporate forms through which foreign companies and investors can act in Russia. The most frequently used forms are:

• Establish a representative office or a branch of a foreign legal entity
• Establish a Russian legal entity in the form of an enterprise with foreign investment, which is either entirely foreign-owned or co-owned with (a) Russian partner(s);
